BiometTM is a standardized 2-stage wet anaerobic digestion process particularly suitable for the treatment of biomass with a high content of solids and organic substances (domestic, industrial and agricultural waste and by-products, sludge). Its characteristics of great flexibility and efficiency are particularly suitable for the co-digestion of biomasses with great variability in number, quality and quantity.

BIOMET™ is the technology of anaerobic digestion for the production of biogas or biomethane from biomass such as:
- Organic fraction of municipal solid waste (F.O.R.S.U.)
- Waste and by-products from the food industries;
- Agricultural by-products and manure;
- Organic sludge

Features and Benefits
BiometTM it is robust, stable and easy to use. The processes of waste methanization (or co-digestion) guarantee a higher utilization rate than any other existing anaerobic plant. All mechanical equipment (mixing systems, heat exchangers, process control) is external to the reactors. This enables preventive maintenance without any process interruption and thus optimizes energy yields.

- Reduction of operating costs thanks to easy maintenance and the possibility of reducing feeding times (batch feed)
- The high stability allows for managing the process in thermophilic conditions with the aim of reducing the volumes of the digesters and therefore reducing the investments
